At Handcraft Culture, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


1. Processing Time

  • Non-personalized items: 1–3 business days to process before shipping.
  • Personalized or engraved items: 3–10 business days to craft, depending on complexity.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship within the United States and internationally.
  •           Domestic Shipping (US):
    • Standard: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited: 2–3 business days (additional fee)
  •          International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.
    • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized and non-engraved items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

·       It must be in its original packaging.

·       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Note: Items that show signs of use, wear, or modification will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Free shipping promotions, when available, are applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.
    You can track your order using:
  • The tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email, or
  • Our Track Order page

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all US states and select international countries.
  • Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@handcraftculture.com with photos.
  • For lost packages, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier. Note that processing may take time depending on the carrier’s investigation.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Address changes after order confirmation may delay shipping.
