Do you offer personalization and engraving services?

Yes. We offer engraving on many of our products including personalized compasses, select walking sticks, and certain accessories. During checkout select the "Personalize" option and enter the exact text you want. If your item supports symbols or logo engraving please check the product page for options and any file upload requirements.

Tip: Keep engravings brief for best results. Typical recommended length is 20 characters or fewer depending on the product.

How long does personalization and engraving take?

Personalized orders usually take 3 to 10 business days to craft depending on complexity. If your order is not personalized it will typically ship faster. During busy seasons or for bespoke requests timelines may be longer. Expedited engraving is sometimes available for an additional fee.

Note: Shipping time is added after the item is complete.

Can I preview my engraving before you start?

For simple text engravings we follow the standard placement and font shown on the product page. For larger orders, logos, or custom layouts we provide a digital mockup for approval before production. Contact us at support@handcraftculture.com to request a mockup before you place the order.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship domestically and internationally. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by country and customs processing. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Personalized items ship after engraving is finished.

If you need a guaranteed delivery date contact us and we will advise available shipping upgrades.

What is your returns policy for personalized items?

Personalized and engraved items are custom made and are therefore final sale. If the engraving is incorrect due to our error or the item arrives damaged we will repair or replace it. For non-personalized items returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Please view our full Returns policy page for step by step instructions.

What materials do you use and how should I care for my item?

We use premium metals, sustainably sourced hardwoods, and high quality natural finishes. Care depends on the material. As general guidance:

  • Metal parts: wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Wood handles and walking sticks: avoid prolonged water exposure. Use a natural oil occasionally to preserve the finish.
  • Decor pieces: dust gently and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. We welcome bulk and corporate gifting requests with personalization options. Bulk pricing, lead times, and mockup procedures vary based on quantity and customization. Email our team at support@handcraftculture.com with your requirements including quantities, personalization needs, and timeline and we will send a custom quote.

What warranty or guarantee comes with my purchase?

We provide a 12 month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse. If you suspect a defect contact us with photos and your order number and we will guide you through warranty support.

How can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@handcraftculture.com. We aim to begin production quickly so changes or cancellations may not be possible if engraving or assembly has started. We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated and explain any fees if applicable.

Are your items authentic and sustainably sourced?

Yes. We prioritize authentic materials and responsible sourcing. Many woods are reclaimed or certified sustainable. Metals and finishes are chosen for durability and low environmental impact. Each product page lists material details and care. For sourcing or material certificates contact us and we will provide available documentation.
