Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Handcraft Culture.
We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Because many of our items are handmade and personalized, we handle returns with care and transparency to ensure fairness for both our customers and our artisans.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-personalized and non-engraved items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Note: Items that show signs of use, wear, or modification will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Personalized & Engraved Items

Because personalized or engraved pieces are custom-made, all sales of personalized products are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or

  • The engraving differs from what you specified at checkout.

If an error occurs on our part, we will gladly replace or remake the item at no additional cost.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@handcraftculture.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible non-personalized items of the same or similar value.
Please contact us first to confirm availability before sending your item back.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or engraving has not yet begun.
Once crafting or personalization starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
